Odoo Training

Odoo training on your own data in Thai or English.

Each role learns the exact screens it works in: sales from quotation to invoice, the warehouse from receipt to delivery order, accounts from vendor bill to month-end close. Sessions run on a copy of your database, and every role leaves with a written runbook.

What the training covers

Training built around how each role works

Generic Odoo courses teach menus. We teach your process, in the order each team meets it, on records your people recognize.

Role mapping

We list who does what before designing a single session. Sales, warehouse, purchasing, accounts and managers each get a focused half-day instead of one shared marathon.

Practice on a copy of your data

People work with their own products, customers and price lists, so nothing has to be translated from a demo company. Mistakes cost nothing because production stays untouched.

Runbooks per role

Each role gets a short written guide that matches your live configuration screen for screen, in Thai or English. The next new hire starts from a document, not a repeat booking.

Tax workflows for accounts

Thai accounting teams practice VAT, withholding tax for PND 3 and PND 53, e-Tax Invoice and PromptPay reconciliation in the configuration they will file from. US teams cover sales tax, Indian teams GST.

A session for managers

Owners and department heads learn dashboards, approvals and the reports that replace their old spreadsheets. Managers who can pull their own numbers stop asking for Excel exports.

Adoption rescue

Live for months but losing users to spreadsheets? We check who creates what inside your database, find the steps people avoid, and retrain exactly those.

Three tracks

Admins, key users and end users need different training

One shared class wastes the warehouse team's afternoon on accounting screens and leaves your admin without the depth they need. We split the program into three tracks, and each runs only after the workflows it covers are configuration-complete, so nobody learns a screen that changes next week.

  • Scheduled after configuration is final
  • Everyone at their own keyboard
  • Day and night shifts trained separately
  • Thai and English classes in parallel
  1. End-user track

The daily screens of one role in the order that role meets them: quotation to invoice, receipt to delivery, vendor bill to payment.

  2. Key-user track

Deeper coverage of one area, the common fixes, and how to answer colleagues first so routine questions stay in-house.

  3. Admin track

Users and access rights, approval rules, document sequences, email templates and report layouts, plus what to leave alone.

  4. Usage check

Two weeks later we look at who is creating what in the database, then come back for the steps that did not stick.

When teams call us

Three moments when training decides the outcome

Before and after go-live

Core sessions land in the final weeks before go-live, a refresher follows your first month-end close, and the usage check sits in between. In a phased rollout, each site trains just before its own cutover.

When spreadsheets creep back

Sales quotes in Excel again and someone keys everything into Odoo at month-end. We trace each workaround to the missing knowledge and retrain the correct path, with the person who invented the shortcut in the room.

When your Odoo expert resigns

If one admin holds all the knowledge, a single resignation letter becomes an operational risk. We spread that knowledge across roles with runbooks and at least one trained key user who fields questions first.

How a program runs

From role list to confident daily use

  1. 1. Map roles and scope

We agree which roles, how many sessions and which deliverables, in writing, before the first booking.

  2. 2. Prepare your data

A recent copy of your database, plus real quotations, purchase orders and invoices to practice on.

  3. 3. Run the tracks

Half-day sessions per role, on-site for warehouse and production, remote for office teams.

  4. 4. Hand over runbooks

Every role receives its guide, and your key user takes over first-line questions.

  5. 5. Check usage, then refresh

A usage check two weeks later, and a refresher after your first month-end close.

What you can hold us to

Measured by usage, not attendance

A signed attendance sheet proves people were in the room. The database shows whether they now do the work in Odoo, which is why the two-week usage check is part of the standard scope rather than an upsell.

FAQ

Questions clients ask first

How long does Odoo training take?

Each role needs about half a day. For most small and midsize companies the whole program fits inside one to two weeks, scheduled around normal work so no department has to stop. A short refresher after your first month-end close adds one more session.

Can you deliver Odoo training in Thai?

Yes. Our Bangkok team teaches in Thai and writes the Thai runbooks in Thai, rather than translating an English deck. Mixed teams can run Thai and English sessions in parallel with the same content.

What is the difference between the admin, key-user and end-user tracks?

End users learn the daily screens of their own role. Key users go deeper into one area and learn the common fixes, so they can answer colleagues before anyone calls a vendor. Admins learn users, access rights, approval rules and settings, including what not to change.

Can you train us on an Odoo system another company implemented?

Yes. We start by reviewing how your database is configured, because training has to match the system your team really uses, not a textbook Odoo. When the review uncovers setup problems, you hear about them first, so nobody learns a workaround for something that should be fixed.

How much does Odoo training cost?

Training is priced per role session against a fixed written scope, so you know the full cost before the first class and never pay for empty seats. When we implement your Odoo, training is included at no extra charge.

Is Odoo training on-site or online?

Both. Warehouse and production teams learn faster on-site with scanners and tablets in hand, while office roles do well remotely. Sessions stay small enough that every person works at their own keyboard.
