E-Commerce Development

E-commerce built on one stock ledger for every channel.

We build stores on Odoo eCommerce, Shopify or a Next.js storefront and tie Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop to the same Odoo inventory. Every order becomes a delivery order and an invoice, and a flash sale sells against real stock, not a stale count.

What we build

Stores, marketplaces and the back office behind them

A store is only as good as the stock, payment and fulfillment data behind it. We build the storefront and wire it into Odoo so orders, stock and accounting agree.

Odoo eCommerce stores

Your webstore runs inside Odoo, so product pages, pricelists, stock and invoices share one database. Custom themes keep it on brand.

Shopify with Odoo

Keep Shopify as the storefront and run operations in Odoo with our Shopify Odoo Connector: two-way sync of products, stock, orders, customers and refunds.

Headless Next.js storefronts

A custom Next.js front end on Odoo data for large catalogs and pages that must load fast on mobile, with server rendering for search engines.

Marketplace sync

Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop orders flow into Odoo and stock levels flow back, so every channel sells from the same count.

Payments and reconciliation

PromptPay, cards through Stripe and other gateways at checkout, with payouts and fees reconciled in Odoo Accounting.

Fulfillment and shipping

Pick, pack and ship from Odoo Inventory, carrier labels and tracking through carrier APIs, and returns that restock correctly.

Our own Odoo app

Shopify in front, Odoo running the back office

We built and publish the Shopify Odoo Connector on the Odoo Apps Store, listed for Odoo 18 in Community and Enterprise. It syncs both ways over the Shopify GraphQL Admin API with HMAC-verified webhooks, and it never overrides Odoo core code. You pay once, with unlimited users and full source code.

  • Two-way sync: products, stock, orders, customers, refunds
  • Shopify Markets routed to their own company and warehouse
  • Shopify POS orders and payouts reconciled in Odoo
  • Abandoned checkouts become CRM leads
  1. Order placed

A customer checks out on Shopify.

  2. Webhook received

Odoo gets the order in real time, verified by HMAC.

  3. Delivered from stock

The sale is confirmed and a delivery order reserves stock.

  4. Invoiced and reconciled

Invoice, payment and Shopify payout match in Accounting.

Use cases

Built for how you actually sell

A brand on Shopify and Shopee

Shopify for the brand site, Shopee and Lazada for reach, one Odoo warehouse behind both. Stock updates after every order, and each channel's fees land in the right account.

A B2B ordering portal

Trade customers log in, see their own pricelist and credit limit, reorder from past orders and download invoices, all from Odoo eCommerce and the customer portal.

A fast headless catalog

Thousands of SKUs on a Next.js storefront that pulls products and stock from Odoo, cached at the edge so category pages stay fast on 4G.

How we work

From catalog audit to your first synced order

  1. 1. Audit channels and catalog

We list every channel, SKU pattern, payment method and carrier, then pick Odoo eCommerce, Shopify or Next.js on the facts.

  2. 2. Fix the scope

A written scope and fixed price per phase: storefront, integrations, payments and data migration.

  3. 3. Design and build

Mobile-first store design, then the storefront build and the Odoo integration in parallel.

  4. 4. Test with real orders

Test orders on every channel and payment method, checked through to the invoice and payout.

  5. 5. Launch and stay

Go live with redirects in place, then we watch the sync queue and the first reconciliations with you.

Facts, not conversion promises

We will not promise a sales uplift we cannot measure for you in advance. We can commit to how the store is built, who owns it and how fast we answer.

FAQ

Questions clients ask first

Should we sell on Odoo eCommerce, Shopify or a custom Next.js store?

Odoo eCommerce suits companies that want the store, stock and accounting in one system with the fewest moving parts. Shopify suits brands that value its themes and app ecosystem, and our connector keeps Odoo as the back office. A headless Next.js store makes sense for large catalogs or custom buying flows where page speed and design control matter most.

Can you connect Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop to Odoo?

Yes. Marketplace orders are pulled into Odoo as sales orders, stock levels are pushed back to each shop, and marketplace fees and payouts are reconciled in Accounting. The integration runs with retries and a visible queue, so a failed sync shows up as a task instead of a missing order.

Which payment methods can the store accept?

In Thailand, PromptPay QR and cards are the usual pair, taken through Stripe or another gateway that supports them. US stores usually run on Stripe or PayPal. Whatever the gateway, payments and fees are matched to invoices in Odoo, so month-end reconciliation does not start from a spreadsheet.

What does your Shopify Odoo Connector do, and which Odoo versions does it support?

It is our own app on the Odoo Apps Store: two-way sync of products, inventory, orders, customers and refunds, plus Shopify Markets, Shopify POS and payout reconciliation. It is listed for Odoo 18, Community and Enterprise, and runs on Odoo.sh or on-premise. It is a one-time purchase with unlimited users and full source code.

How do you protect search rankings when we switch platforms?

Every old product and category URL is mapped to its new address with a 301 redirect, titles and descriptions carry over, and sitemaps are resubmitted in Google Search Console. Products, customers and order history move in validated batches before launch, and we check crawl errors in the weeks after.

How much does an e-commerce store cost?

It depends on the platform, catalog size, number of channels and integrations. We quote a fixed price per phase after scoping, and licensing such as Odoo Enterprise or a Shopify plan is paid to the vendor directly, never marked up by us. A store on Odoo Community carries no Odoo license fee at all.
