Standard Odoo covers most of what a growing company needs. We configure that first, then build the pieces that make the system yours: industry modules, reports, portals and integrations.
Finance and accounting
Accounting configured for your chart of accounts, currencies, bank feeds and month-end close, with Thai VAT and withholding tax, US sales tax or India GST set up from day one.
Inventory and warehouses
Multi-warehouse stock with routes, reordering rules, lots, serials and expiry dates, plus landed costs so the margin on imported goods is real.
Manufacturing and quality
MRP with multi-level BOMs, operations and work orders, Quality checkpoints and Maintenance, so each production order carries its real cost.

Industry modules

Questions clients ask first
Why build a custom ERP on Odoo instead of from scratch?
A from-scratch ERP has to rebuild the general ledger, stock valuation, tax and reporting before it does anything unique, and you maintain all of it forever. Odoo already provides those apps and a yearly upgrade path, so your budget goes into your specific workflows. Custom modules stay separate from Odoo's core, which keeps upgrades manageable.
How much does custom ERP development cost?
Cost has two parts: licensing and our work. Odoo Community has no license fee, and Enterprise is a per-user subscription billed by Odoo directly, never marked up by us. Our work is quoted as a fixed price per phase after scoping, driven by module count, data migration and how much custom development you genuinely need.
How long does an ERP project take?
A focused rollout of sales, inventory and accounting typically runs six to twelve weeks. Multi-company groups and industry modules take longer and go live in phases. You get a phased timeline after scoping, because an estimate made before we understand your process is a guess.
Do we need Odoo Enterprise, or is Community enough?
Community covers more than most people expect, including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing and invoicing. Enterprise earns its cost when you need the full Accounting app, Studio, Barcode or Odoo's own support. We recommend the cheaper edition whenever it genuinely fits.
Can the ERP handle Thai tax, US sales tax and India GST?
Yes. For Thailand we set up VAT, withholding tax for PND 3 and PND 53, e-Tax Invoice and PromptPay reconciliation. For the USA we configure state sales tax, and for India GST returns and e-invoicing. Each company in a group keeps its own rules in the same database.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. Custom modules are delivered to your own Git repository with tests and documentation, and your database stays on Odoo.sh, your cloud or your own server. If you change partners later, nothing is locked to us.
