Services

Scoping, building and going live

How long does an Odoo implementation take?

A focused build covering sales, inventory and accounting usually runs six to twelve weeks. Multi-company or heavily customized projects take longer. You get a phased timeline after scoping — an estimate made before we understand your processes would be a guess.

What does an Odoo project cost?

Two parts: licensing and implementation. Odoo Community is free; Enterprise is a per-user subscription billed by Odoo directly and never marked up by us. Implementation depends on module count, migration volume and how much customization you genuinely need — every line is itemized so you can remove what you do not want.

Do we need Odoo Enterprise, or is Community enough?

Community covers more than most teams expect. Enterprise earns its fee when you need Studio, full accounting automation or official Odoo support. We name the feature that justifies the cost — or tell you to keep the $0 licence.

Can you deliver in Thai?

Yes. Training, documentation and support come in Thai from our Bangkok team. Thai VAT, withholding tax (PND 3 / PND 53) and e-Tax Invoice requirements are handled as part of the configuration, not patched in later.

Can you migrate our existing data?

Yes — from spreadsheets, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho or an older Odoo version. Migration is where projects usually go wrong, so we validate against your source system at every checkpoint instead of trusting one bulk import.

What happens after go-live?

Go-live is the middle of the project, not the end. We stay through your first month-end close, and support then covers bug fixes, new modules, version upgrades and training as your team changes.

Apps & pricing

Our apps and how pricing works

Which Odoo apps do you publish?

Two, both on the Odoo Apps Store: Shopify Odoo Connector, a real-time two-way sync between Shopify and Odoo, and TechAfterMe Dashboard, a no-code dashboard builder for any Odoo model.

How are the apps licensed and priced?

One-time payment, no subscription, unlimited users, and the full source code with no obfuscation, under the OPL-1 licence. Current prices are on the Odoo Apps Store listings.

Which Odoo versions do the apps support?

The Shopify connector is built for Odoo 16, 17, 18 and newer — check the store listing for the series currently published. TechAfterMe Dashboard supports Odoo 17, 18 and 19, Community and Enterprise, and depends only on base, mail and web.

Can the apps run on Odoo Online?

No. Odoo Online does not allow third-party OPL-1 modules, so both apps run on Odoo.sh, on-premise or self-hosted setups, Community and Enterprise.

Is there a guarantee on the apps?

When you buy directly from us: a 14-day fix-or-refund guarantee, delivery by email within 24 hours, and direct support from the engineers who built the module. Purchases made on the Odoo Apps Store follow the store's own terms.

Why is there no published price for services?

Because an honest fixed price depends on the state of your data and how many roles need training. One scoping call produces one written figure per phase — and that figure does not change.

Delivery & support

After we start, and after go-live

What does the QuickStart package include?

Sales, purchasing, inventory and invoicing/accounting for teams under 20 users, master-data migration from your spreadsheets, role-based training on live data, go-live and one month of support — all in the written scope, in six to eight weeks.

Is QuickStart right for us?

It fits teams of up to about 20 users who want the core apps without custom development. Beyond that, we say so and propose a phased implementation instead.

Who owns the code and the data?

You do — 100% of the code, data and documentation. Custom work is delivered to your own repository, and if you ever change partner, you take all of it with you.

How does ongoing support work?

Support covers bug fixes, version upgrades, new module rollouts and user training, in English and Thai, with no per-ticket charges. We reply within one business day; for anything urgent, WhatsApp is fastest.
