The content on techafterme.com is provided for general information about our services and apps. It is not professional advice for your specific situation; that starts with a scoping conversation.

The text, images and design of this site belong to Tech After Me. You may link to any page, but please do not republish our content as your own or use the site in a way that disrupts it for others.

Quotes and engagements

Every engagement starts with scoping. Before work begins you receive a written scope with a fixed price per phase, and that figure does not change within the phase. Requests outside the scope are handled as a new written scope, not as silent additions to the bill.

During delivery you receive a written status note every week, and decisions are logged so both sides can look them up later.

Licences and third-party fees

Odoo Enterprise licences are billed by Odoo directly and never marked up by us; where the free Community edition fits, we say so. Hosting and other third-party services are billed by their own vendors under their own terms.

Ownership of the work we deliver

When a phase is paid for under its written scope, you own 100% of the custom code, data and documentation delivered in it. Custom work is handed over into your own repository. If you ever change provider, you take all of it with you.

Our published apps

Our Odoo apps are sold with a one-time payment, unlimited users and full source code, under the OPL-1 licence. OPL-1 grants you a licence to use the module; it does not transfer ownership of the module itself. Purchases made on the Odoo Apps Store follow the store's own terms; direct purchases follow our Refund Policy.

Warranties and liability

We deliver work tested against its written scope, and we stand behind it as this site and each scope describe. The website itself is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the phase concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If a disagreement cannot be settled by talking — our strong preference — it belongs to the courts of Thailand.
