Banks and statements

Bank feeds through Odoo's bank synchronization where your bank supports it, CSV, OFX or CAMT statement files where it does not, and bulk payment files for supplier runs.

PromptPay reconciliation

PromptPay QR codes on invoices, and incoming transfers matched to open invoices by amount and reference, so receivables stay current.

Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop

We run every call through a job queue with retries and backoff, log each payload, alert when retries run out, and reconcile totals against Accounting on a schedule.

FAQ

Questions clients ask first

Can Odoo connect to Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop?

Yes. We sync orders, stock and prices between Odoo and each marketplace through their seller APIs, and import settlement reports so commissions, shipping fees and payouts post to the right accounts. Stock comes from one warehouse ledger, so every channel sells from the same numbers.

Does Odoo have an API?

Yes. Odoo exposes its models over XML-RPC and JSON-RPC, and Odoo 19 adds the JSON-2 API with API keys, which replaces the older endpoints before their planned removal in Odoo 22. On Odoo Online, external API access needs the Custom plan. When a partner system expects its own REST format, we build a controller in a custom module.

How do you reconcile PromptPay payments in Odoo?

Invoices carry a PromptPay QR code, and incoming transfers from your bank feed or statement are matched to open invoices by amount and reference. Anything that cannot be matched automatically lands in a short review list for your accountant instead of a spreadsheet.

What is your Shopify Odoo Connector?

It is our own app on the Odoo Apps Store (shopify_connector_rss), listed for Odoo 18, Community and Enterprise. It syncs products, inventory, orders, customers and refunds both ways over HMAC-verified webhooks, and supports Shopify Markets and POS payouts. It is sold for a one-time price with full source code and runs on Odoo.sh or your own server.

What happens when an integration fails?

The call goes back into the queue and retries with growing delays. If it still fails, it is logged with the full payload and an alert goes to your team and ours, while scheduled reconciliation catches any gap in totals. Failures end up on a list someone owns, not in a customer complaint.

How is integration work priced?

Per endpoint, at a fixed price, once the data contract is agreed. A marketplace connection with orders, stock and settlements is several endpoints, while a one-way export to a BI tool may be one. Monitoring and changes forced by a provider's API updates can be covered by a monthly support plan.
