Odoo Implementation
Go live on Odoo one phase at a time.
We walk your process before touching software, then set up Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory and the apps you actually need in phases, each with a written scope and a fixed price. Your team trains on its own data, and the same consultant stays from the first call through your first month-end close.
- Fixed scope per phase
- Training on your data
- Thai VAT & WHT built in
- Rollback at every checkpoint
- One consultant throughout
- Typical core rollout: sales, stock, accounting
- Scope and price for each phase
- Consultant from first call to go-live
- Training and documentation
In every rollout
Nine workstreams, one written plan.
An implementation is more than switching on apps. These are the pieces we scope, price and deliver, and you can remove any line you do not need.
Process discovery
We walk quote-to-cash, purchase-to-pay and month-end with the people who run them, and write down every exception.
Accounting and tax
Chart of accounts, VAT, withholding tax, e-Tax Invoice, US sales tax or India GST, set up for each of your companies.
Sales and CRM
Pipeline, quotations, pricelists and discount rules, from the first lead to the confirmed sales order and invoice.
Inventory and purchasing
Warehouses, routes, reordering rules, landed costs and vendor bills matched to receipts.
Manufacturing and quality
BOMs, work centers, work orders and quality checks, with the real cost of each manufacturing order.
Data migration
Customers, vendors, products, open balances and stock moved in validated batches from Excel, QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho or older Odoo.
Integrations
Banks, PromptPay, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify and carriers connected in the phase that needs them, not all at once.
Role-based training
Warehouse, sales and accounts staff trained on their own screens with live data, included in every implementation.
Go-live support
We stay through the first month-end close, then hand over to a support plan or to your own team.
Why phases
Go live in slices, not in one big bang.
Switching every department over on one weekend is how ERP projects slip by quarters. We sequence the rollout so each phase, such as sales and stock before manufacturing, goes live on its own, with a written scope, a fixed price and a rollback point. You approve each phase before the next one starts, and nothing enters scope without a change note you sign.
- Written scope and price for each phase
- Rollback point at every checkpoint
- Pilot with one team before scaling
- Signed change notes before scope grows
Scope and sequence
Agree the phases, their order and what each one delivers.
Configure and validate
Set up the apps and test them against your real cases.
Migrate and train
Load validated data and train each role on it.
Go live and stabilize
Switch over, then stay through the first month-end close.
Ways to start
Three ways to start an implementation.
Full phased implementation
Accounting, sales, purchasing and inventory first, then manufacturing or projects, rolled out phase by phase across the company.
Pilot implementation
One site, one team, one month. Prove the setup on a real branch or product line before committing the rest of the budget.
Implementation rescue
Taking over a stalled rollout: a fixed-fee audit, written findings, then phased fixes without starting from zero.
By industry
The same method, a different first phase.
Our five-step method stays the same for every client. What changes is which apps go live first and which documents matter most.
- ManufacturingInventory and BOMs first, then work orders, quality and costing.
- Wholesale & DistributionPricelists, credit limits and multi-warehouse stock in phase one.
- Retail & E-commercePOS, branch stock and marketplace orders on one ledger.
- ConstructionProject costing, site purchases and progress claims.
- Professional ServicesProjects, timesheets and invoices from approved hours.
- Freight & LogisticsJob costing per shipment and vendor bills matched to each file.
- Real EstateUnits, bookings, installments and rental invoicing.
- EducationAdmissions, term billing and staff in one database.
Our method
Five steps, the same on every project.
1. Walk the process
Before any demo, we follow orders, stock and invoices through your business and note where they break.
2. Fix scope and price per phase
Each phase gets a written scope, a fixed price and a sign-off. Odoo licenses are billed by Odoo, never marked up.
3. Configure first, code last
Standard settings cover most needs. Code is written only for real gaps, in separate modules.
4. Go live in slices, train on live data
Each phase switches over on its own, and users rehearse on their own records before cutover.
5. Stay through the first close
We sit with finance through the first month-end close, then keep answering in English and Thai.

FAQ
Questions clients ask first
How long does an Odoo implementation take?
A focused implementation covering sales, inventory and accounting typically takes six to twelve weeks. Multi-company setups, manufacturing and heavier customization take longer. We give you a phased timeline after scoping, because an estimate made before we understand your process is only a guess.
How much does an Odoo implementation cost?
Cost has two parts: Odoo licensing and our implementation work. Community is free and Enterprise is a per-user subscription billed by Odoo directly, never marked up by us. Implementation is quoted per phase after scoping, based on apps, data migration and the customization you genuinely need, with every line itemized.
Do we need Odoo Enterprise, or is Community enough?
Community covers more than most people expect, especially sales, purchasing and inventory. Enterprise earns its fee when you need full accounting automation, Studio, Quality, Field Service or official Odoo support. We recommend the edition that fits and explain why, in writing.
Can Odoo handle Thai VAT, withholding tax and e-Tax Invoice?
Yes. We configure Thai VAT and the PP30 return, withholding tax with PND 3 and PND 53 reports and certificates, and e-Tax Invoice and e-Receipt as part of the accounting phase rather than as an afterthought. US sales tax and India GST are handled the same way for companies in those markets.
Can you migrate our data from Excel, QuickBooks or SAP?
Yes, and from Zoho or an older Odoo version. We move master data and open balances in validated batches and check each batch against the source system, so problems surface at a checkpoint rather than after go-live.
What happens after go-live?
Go-live is the middle of the project, not the end. We stay through the first month-end close, because that is when the gaps show, then move you to a support plan in English and Thai or hand over to your own team with documentation.
