What a plan includes
Everything that keeps Odoo in step with your business
Systems seldom break at go-live. They wear down later, through a report that slows each quarter, a scheduled job that silently stops, a backup nobody has opened. The plan is built to catch that wear early.
Bug fixes
Errors your staff have learned to click past are collected in the baseline audit and fixed in priority order, then new ones as they appear.
Functional help in EN and TH
How do I reverse this vendor bill? Why did this delivery order split? Questions are answered in the language they arrive in, by people who know your configuration.
Monitoring and alerts
Uptime, backup success, integration health and disk headroom are watched, so most problems are fixed before a user has to report them.
Backups that get restored
We restore your backup into a scratch database on a schedule and report the result, so the first real restore is never the first attempt.
Security patches via staging
Patches and module updates go to a staging copy first, then to production on a schedule. Nothing untested touches invoicing on the last day of the month.
Version upgrades
Standard upgrades are part of the plan and rehearsed on a copy first. Heavily customized upgrades are quoted separately, and you learn which case you are in during the audit.
Performance tuning
When a sales order takes ten seconds to open, we read the slow-query log, worker settings and scheduled job load before touching anything. The fix is rarely a bigger server.
Access rights review
Admin rights handed out to end a permission error pile up over the years. We fix the underlying rule instead, so the audit trail keeps its meaning.
Takeover of an existing Odoo
Your implementer went quiet? We document what exists, stabilize it and move you onto a standard plan, whoever built it.
No ticket theater
One consultant on your account, one shared record
The person who documented your system is the person who answers when it breaks. Every incident and its fix is logged where your team can read it, so when staff change on either side, the history stays with your company.
- No per-ticket charges
- Response targets per severity, in writing
- Your IT team can stay involved
- Leave with docs, history and credentials
Report
By email, WhatsApp or LINE, in Thai or English, with a screenshot if you have one.
Reproduce
We reproduce the issue on a staging copy of your database, not on production.
Fix and test
The fix is tested against every flow it could affect before it ships.
Log
Cause and resolution go into your support record, visible to your team.
Why teams switch to us
Three problems a support plan should solve
The implementer disappeared
Emails go unanswered and nobody on your side holds the passwords or the documentation. We take over through an audit that records everything before we accept responsibility.
Odoo got slow
Fast at go-live, painful two years later. We measure first, then fix the cause, whether that is a heavy scheduled job, worker settings or an unindexed custom field.
Upgrades postponed for years
Several versions behind and out of security fixes. The quarterly review says plainly when an upgrade is worth scheduling, and it always happens on a test copy first.
Systems we keep running
Support that knows your busiest day
Every sector has a day when Odoo cannot be down. We plan patches, upgrades and capacity around it.
- Retail & E-commerceFlash sales and payday weekends, with POS and marketplace syncs watched closely.
- ManufacturingShift changes and the MRP scheduler runs the shop floor depends on.
- Wholesale & DistributionBarcode scanning at the dock and delivery orders that must print on time.
- Freight & LogisticsCarrier integrations and per-shipment costing that can fail quietly unless someone is watching.
- HotelsOutlet POS closes every night and kitchen stock that has to match them.
- Hospitals & ClinicsAppointments and billing that cannot wait for a Monday fix.
- Professional ServicesMonth-end timesheet approvals and invoicing runs.
- Real EstateRental invoicing cycles and payment reconciliation on the due date.
How we take over

3. Monitor
Alerts for uptime, backups, integrations and disk, plus scheduled restore tests.
4. Fix through staging

FAQ
Questions clients ask first
What does an Odoo support plan include?
Bug fixes, functional questions from your users, monitoring with alerts, scheduled backup restore tests, security patches through staging, standard version upgrades and a quarterly review. Work beyond the plan, such as a new report or integration, gets a written scope and price before it starts.
How much does Odoo support cost?
Plans are a flat monthly fee scaled to your user count and the number of integrations you run. There are no per-ticket charges, because reporting a small problem early should never cost you extra.
Do you support Odoo that another company implemented?
Yes, and much of our support work starts that way. We begin with an audit that documents what exists. If it finds serious accumulated problems, we say that repair should come first rather than pretending a monthly plan will cover it.
How fast do you respond to an Odoo problem?
Response targets are agreed per plan and per severity, in writing. A production outage is worked immediately by whichever of our three offices is on duty, while a cosmetic report issue is scheduled. We prefer targets we can keep over one impressive number.
Do you support Odoo Community, Odoo.sh and on-premise servers?
Yes to all three. We support Odoo where it already runs, whether that is Odoo.sh, your own cloud account or a server in your office, and moving to our hosting is never a condition. Community users get full support with no pressure to buy Enterprise licenses.
Are Odoo version upgrades included in support?
Standard upgrades are included and always rehearsed on a copy of your database first. Upgrades complicated by heavy third-party customization are quoted separately, and the baseline audit tells you which case you are in before you sign.
