Price, book and cost every tour in Odoo
We configure Odoo for tour operators and agencies: CRM for inquiries, quotation templates for packages, purchase orders to hotels and transport, and an analytic account per departure, so you see the real margin of every trip instead of guessing from the bank balance.

- Supplier costs per trip
- Multi-currency accounting
- Deposits and installments
- Industry playbooks on this site
- Offices: Bangkok, New York, Delhi NCR
- Apps of our own on the Odoo Apps Store

What we set up
The tour workflow, from inquiry to invoice
Standard Odoo apps carry a tour from the first inquiry to the final invoice. We configure them around your packages first, then build itinerary documents and operator-specific rules as small, isolated modules.
Featured module
Packages as quotation templates
Each package becomes a quotation template: hotels, transfers, meals and activities as lines, with optional extras the customer can accept online. Sales staff quote a Chiang Mai or Japan package in minutes, at prices you control centrally.
- Package lines with per-person and group pricing
- Optional extras the customer adds to the quote
- Online quote acceptance with e-signature
- Deposit and balance schedule on the order
Standard Odoo set up for your sector first; custom code only where it stops.
Inquiries and follow-ups
A CRM pipeline by source, whether LINE, website or walk-in, with scheduled follow-up activities, so a quiet lead is a task on someone's list, not a forgotten chat.
Departures and operations
Each departure gets its own project with checklists: rooming lists, visa documents, guide assignment and transport confirmations, all with owners and due dates.
Supplier bookings
Purchase orders go to hotels, bus operators, restaurants and guides, and the vendor bill is matched against the order before anyone pays it.
Margin per departure
Every sale and supplier bill carries the trip's analytic account, so margin per departure comes out of Accounting, not out of a side spreadsheet someone maintains at midnight.
Multi-currency built in
Sell in baht, buy hotel allotments in USD or JPY. Odoo Accounting records both sides at the rates you set and revalues open balances at close.
Agents and commissions
B2B agents get their own pricelists and portal logins, and their sales are tagged so commission runs from real numbers.
Deposits and installments
A payment schedule per booking: deposit at confirmation, balance before departure, with PromptPay and card payment links on every invoice.
Website and documents
Package pages and inquiry forms on Odoo Website, plus branded itineraries, vouchers and receipts generated as PDF documents from the booking data.
How it fits together
One analytic account behind every departure
Tour businesses usually know revenue per trip but discover cost per trip months later, when the supplier bills finally arrive. We give every departure one analytic account that collects the sales, the supplier bills and the guide expenses, so the margin question has one answer.
Walk one tour file end to end
We follow a real booking from inquiry to post-trip billing, including a cancellation, before configuring anything.
Templates before transactions
Packages, price rules and document layouts are set up first, so quoting is consistent from the first day.
Pilot one product line
Group series tours or FIT go live first on real bookings. The other lines follow once the flow holds.
Stay through the first close
We stay through the first month-end close, when late supplier bills and refunds have to reconcile with the books.
Before you commit
The honest limits of Odoo for travel
Odoo is not a travel-specific system, and pretending otherwise is how projects fail. This is what standard Odoo covers, and what has to be built or left outside.
01
There is no tour operator module in core Odoo
Itineraries, rooming lists and vouchers are custom documents and small modules. We scope and price them in writing, so you know exactly what is standard and what is built.
02
Odoo does not book flights
Ticketing stays in your GDS or consolidator. Odoo records the booking, the cost and the sale, so the accounting is complete, but it does not replace Amadeus.
03
Late supplier bills distort margins
Margin per departure is only as accurate as bill discipline. We set up accruals for trips that close before the bills arrive, and a queue for the ones that never do.
04
Multi-currency needs a policy
Rate sources, update frequency and revaluation are decisions for you and your accountant. We configure what is agreed, before the first multi-currency booking.
05
Licenses and consumer rules stay with you
TAT licensing and refund duties for Thai operators remain your responsibility. Odoo keeps the booking and payment records that make an audit easier, not the license itself.
06
High season punishes weak templates
When departures stack up, ad-hoc quoting drifts back to spreadsheets. Time spent on package templates before go-live pays back every busy week after it.
How we help
We raise these in the scoping call, price them into the phase they belong to, and put them in writing. If Odoo is the wrong system for your agency, we say so on the first call.
Reliability & security
Engineered for reliability & security
Role-based access
Odoo security groups and record rules so each person sees only what their job needs.
Tested backups
Daily backups with restores rehearsed on a schedule. An untested backup is not a backup.
Full audit trail
Chatter history, approvals and document logs show who changed what, and when.
Hardened hosting
TLS everywhere, patched servers, firewalls and monitoring whether you run Odoo.sh or your own server.
PDPA-aware data handling
Personal data kept where it belongs, with retention and access set up around Thailand's PDPA.
Upgrade-safe custom code
Custom work lives in separate, tested modules so the next Odoo version is an upgrade, not a rebuild.
Rollout
A smooth rollout, fully supported
Walk the process
Workshops with the people who do the work, before any configuration.
Configure the baseline
Standard Odoo set up for your sector first; custom code only where it stops.
Pilot with one team
One site, one team, one month, on live data, with a rollback point.
Scale and hand over
Roll out to the rest, train by role, and stay through the first month-end close.
Dedicated consultant
The same person from the first call to go-live.
Documentation you keep
Process guides and handover notes in your own repository.
Training in EN or TH
Role-based sessions for new staff, whenever you need them.
Integrations
Connected to payments, chat and your data
Payment gateways, chat channels and the spreadsheets your team lives in today connect to Odoo through APIs and clean imports, each scoped and priced per endpoint.
- PromptPay
- 2C2P
- Stripe
- LINE Official Account
- Gmail & Outlook
- Google Sheets imports
- Odoo Sign
Payments matched to bookings
Gateway payments and bank transfers reconcile against the booking's deposits and invoices, not a monthly lump.
Chat channels feed the CRM
LINE and website inquiries become leads with history, instead of screenshots forwarded around a group chat.
Spreadsheets in, not around
Supplier rate sheets and past booking data are imported once and kept in Odoo, so quoting stops depending on whoever owns the file.
Priced per endpoint
Each integration is quoted per endpoint once the data contract is agreed, so adding a channel later is a known cost.
Engagement options
Pick the starting point that fits your agency
Every option has a fixed scope and price per phase, agreed in writing before work starts. If you choose Odoo Enterprise, licenses are billed by Odoo directly and never marked up by us.

FAQ
Questions clients ask first
Does Odoo have a travel agency module?
Not in the standard apps. Odoo covers CRM, quotations, purchasing, projects and multi-currency accounting very well, and we assemble the tour-specific layer, itineraries, rooming lists and vouchers, as small custom modules and document templates. The scope of that custom layer is written down and priced before you commit.
Can we see profit per tour or per departure?
Yes. Every departure gets an analytic account, and every sale, supplier bill and guide expense is tagged to it, so margin per trip comes straight from Accounting. The honest caveat: the number is only as current as your supplier bills, which is why we also set up accruals and a bill-chasing queue.
Can Odoo handle bookings in multiple currencies?
Yes. You can sell in THB while paying hotels in USD, JPY or EUR. Odoo Accounting keeps both sides at their rates, produces gains and losses on settlement, and revalues open balances at month-end. The exchange-rate policy itself is agreed with your accountant before we switch it on.
Can our B2B agents get their own prices and portal?
Yes. Agents get their own pricelists, portal logins to see their bookings and invoices, and tagged sales for commission. If your commission rules go past what pricelists express, we build them as a small module with the logic written down first.
How long does a travel ERP implementation take?
A focused core covering CRM, package quotations, purchasing and accounting typically runs six to twelve weeks. Custom itinerary documents and an agent portal add phases of their own. You get a phased timeline after scoping, because an estimate made before walking a tour file is worth nothing.
