Hire Odoo Developers
Hire Odoo developers who work in your time zone.
Dedicated Odoo developers and functional consultants from our Bangkok, Delhi NCR and New York offices join your standups, use your tools and commit to your repository. Every placement starts with a two-week trial, and the code is yours from the first commit.
- Two-week trial
- Monthly terms
- Your repository
- TH, IN and US hours
- Odoo 16–19
- Trial before any monthly commitment
- Time zones: Thailand, India, USA
- Code owned by you from day one
- Odoo versions, Community and Enterprise
What they work on
Odoo specialists, not generalists learning on your budget
The ORM, module inheritance, record rules and upgrade constraints are a specialty. We only place people who have already shipped Odoo work to production.
Custom modules
New models, views and business logic in Python and OWL, built as separate modules that inherit from core instead of patching it.
Integrations and APIs
REST, XML-RPC and JSON-RPC work with banks, marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada, carriers and your own apps, with retries and logging.
QWeb reports and documents
Tax invoices, delivery orders and customer statements laid out to your format, in Thai and English.
Upgrades and porting
Custom modules ported to Odoo 18 or 19 with tests, and legacy core patches rebuilt the upgrade-safe way.
Functional consulting
Consultants who configure Accounting, Inventory, MRP and Sales before anyone writes code, and write the specification when code is genuinely needed.
DevOps for Odoo
Docker builds, CI pipelines, staging copies and Odoo.sh branches, so every change is tested before production.
The two-week trial
Decide on reviewed work, not an interview
An hour of conversation predicts little about a month of work, especially when nobody on your side has built with Odoo. You still interview the actual person, then the trial runs on real tickets in your repository, and the decision rests on commits you have reviewed.
- You interview the engineer, not an account manager
- Real tickets in your repository
- Monthly terms after the trial
- Replacement with a fresh trial if needed
Scope the role
What they own, who they report to and what done looks like in month one, written down.
Interview
You speak with the person who will do the work before anything is signed.
Trial
Two weeks on actual tickets, with code reviewed in your pull requests.
Embed or end
Continue on monthly terms, or stop with a documented handover.
Engagement models
Three ways to add Odoo capacity
Embedded developer
One dedicated Odoo or full-stack engineer who works like your own staff, in your standups and tools, on monthly terms after the trial.
Project team
A developer plus a functional consultant for a defined build, with a fixed written scope per phase and one lead from first call to go-live.
Part-time specialist
A senior Odoo engineer for scheduled days each month: code review, upgrade planning and the problems your team cannot get past alone.
Domain knowledge
Developers who understand the documents you run on
Good Odoo code starts with knowing why a progress claim, a landed cost or a lot number matters to the people using it.
- ManufacturingWork-order extensions, shop-floor tablets and MRP costing adjustments.
- Retail & E-commerceShopify, Shopee and Lazada connectors, and POS customizations.
- Freight & LogisticsShipment files, carrier APIs and cost-per-job reporting.
- ConstructionBOQ imports, progress claims and retention logic.
- Real EstateUnit inventory, booking flows and rental invoicing.
- InsurancePolicy records, renewals and commission calculations.
- Wholesale & DistributionCredit holds, pricelist rules and barcode flows.
- Hospitals & ClinicsAppointment, pharmacy stock and billing extensions.
How hiring works
From request to first commit in days
1. Scope the role
Ownership, reporting line, working hours and first-month deliverables agreed in writing.
2. Match and interview
We propose an engineer with the right Odoo depth and time zone overlap, and you interview them directly.
3. Two-week trial
Real tickets, real code review, and access under your accounts from the first day.
4. Embed
Your standups, your tools, your review rules and your security policies.
5. Handover or extend
Handover documents stay current throughout, so ending the engagement is a decision, not a project.

Staffing you can walk away from
Your repository, your wiki and your credentials hold everything from the first commit. Nothing needs exporting, buying back or renegotiating when the work is done, so every month you continue is a month you chose.
Request a developer- Minimum after the trial
- Recruitment fee
- Working languages, natively
- Our apps on the Odoo Apps Store
- Reply time (business days)
FAQ
Questions clients ask first
How does the two-week trial work?
After you interview the engineer, they spend two weeks on real tickets in your repository, with code reviewed in your normal pull request flow. At the end you decide on work you have seen: continue on monthly terms, ask for a different engineer, or stop.
What is the minimum engagement?
One month after the two-week trial, then month to month. There is no twelve-month minimum, because projects change shape and you should not pay for idle capacity. If the fit is excellent and you want to hire the engineer permanently, we agree a straightforward transfer.
Who owns the code the developer writes?
You do, from the first commit. It lives in your repository under your account, along with the documentation and access credentials, so nothing has to be handed back when the engagement ends.
Which time zones can your Odoo developers cover?
Our engineers work from Bangkok (UTC+7), Delhi NCR (UTC+5:30) and New York (US Eastern), so we can place someone whose working day genuinely overlaps with yours, wherever your team sits. Bangkok-based clients can also arrange on-site days.
How much does it cost to hire an Odoo developer?
One written monthly rate per person, agreed before the trial starts. There is no recruitment fee and no overtime surprise, and the rate does not change mid-engagement without a new written agreement.
What happens if the developer leaves or is not a fit?
We propose a replacement, and the two-week trial applies again. Because the code, documentation and access already sit in your systems, continuity does not depend on one person's memory.
