Retail & e-commerce ERP
Sell in stores and online from one Odoo stock ledger
We configure Odoo Point of Sale, Inventory, eCommerce and Accounting so every branch, your webstore and your Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop stores sell from the same stock. Where standard Odoo stops, we add a small module instead of a workaround.
- Multi-branch POS
- Shopee · Lazada · TikTok Shop
- Loyalty and gift cards
- VAT and e-Tax Invoice
- Industry playbooks on this site
- Offices: Bangkok, New York, Delhi NCR
- Apps of our own on the Odoo Apps Store
- Reply time on business days

What we set up
The retail building blocks, configured for how you sell
Standard Odoo apps cover most of what a retailer needs. We configure those first, connect only the channels you actually use, and write code for the gaps that remain.
Featured module
Point of Sale for every branch
Odoo POS runs in a browser on a PC, tablet or all-in-one terminal and keeps selling when the internet drops, syncing orders once the connection returns. Each branch gets its own stock location, cashiers, pricelist and receipt layout.
- Offline selling that syncs when the connection returns
- Opening cash and a counted close for every session
- PromptPay, card and cash as separate payment methods
- Full tax invoice at the counter on request
Standard Odoo set up for your sector first; custom code only where it stops.
Marketplace stock sync
Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop orders arrive in Odoo as sales orders, and available stock is pushed back to each shop from the same warehouse your stores use.
Shopify Odoo Connector
Our own app on the Odoo Apps Store, listed for Odoo 18 Community and Enterprise with a one-time price and full source: two-way sync of products, stock, orders, customers and refunds, plus Shopify POS orders and payouts.
Odoo eCommerce webstore
A webstore on Odoo Website shares products, prices, promotions and stock with your tills, so there is no second catalog to keep in step.
Loyalty, coupons and gift cards
Odoo loyalty programs run points, promotions, discount codes, gift cards and eWallets across POS and the webstore, tied to one customer record.
Branch replenishment
Reordering rules and inter-branch transfers keep fast movers on the shelf, with a central warehouse that resupplies stores on the schedule you set.
VAT, branch codes and e-Tax Invoice
Thai VAT is set up with your head office or branch number on every tax invoice, and e-Tax Invoice & e-Receipt goes out through the service provider you choose.
Returns and exchanges
Refunds and exchanges at any branch, including online orders, put stock back in the right location and reverse the payment correctly.
Margin by branch and channel
Sales, returns and gross margin by branch, channel and category, from the same ledger your accountant closes each month.
One ledger
One product record behind every channel you sell on
Retail stock goes wrong when each channel keeps its own count. We make Odoo the single record for products, prices and quantities, and treat every till, webstore and marketplace as a window onto it. The rest of the setup follows from that decision.
Walk the store before the software
We watch a shift at the counter, a delivery at the back door and an online order being packed before we configure anything.
Clean the product master once
Barcodes, variants, prices and marketplace SKUs are cleaned and mapped once, so channels stop drifting apart.
Go live one branch at a time
A pilot branch runs on live data first. The other branches follow once cash-up, replenishment and the online flow work there.
Stay for the first month-end close
We stay through the first month-end close, when marketplace settlements, POS cash and bank lines all have to reconcile.
Before you commit
The honest limits of Odoo in retail
Odoo fits most retailers, but not every setup, and some parts take more work than a demo suggests. These are the points we raise on the first call.
01
Marketplace connectors need upkeep
Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop change their APIs and rules. Any connector, ours or a third party's, needs monitoring and occasional updates, so it belongs in your support plan.
02
Payouts are not simple payments
Marketplaces pay out net of commission, shipping subsidies and vouchers. Matching those payouts to orders needs a defined process, not just a bank statement import.
03
Odoo Online limits add-ons
Odoo Online does not accept third-party or custom modules, including our Shopify Odoo Connector. Connectors and custom work need Odoo.sh or your own server.
04
POS approval for abbreviated tax invoices
In Thailand, POS machines that issue abbreviated tax invoices need Revenue Department approval. We configure the receipt, but the application and its lead time sit with you and your accountant.
05
Product data takes longer than setup
Duplicate barcodes, inconsistent variants and old price sheets are the usual reason retail go-lives slip. Budget time for the product master before the first branch goes live.
06
Hardware and card terminals
Printers, scanners and scales vary by model, and card terminals from Thai banks usually run standalone rather than integrated. We test your exact hardware in the pilot branch before rollout.
How we help
We raise these in the scoping call, price them into the phase they belong to, and put them in writing. If Odoo is the wrong fit for your stores, we say so on the first call.
Reliability & security
Engineered for reliability & security
Role-based access
Odoo security groups and record rules so each person sees only what their job needs.
Tested backups
Daily backups with restores rehearsed on a schedule. An untested backup is not a backup.
Full audit trail
Chatter history, approvals and document logs show who changed what, and when.
Hardened hosting
TLS everywhere, patched servers, firewalls and monitoring whether you run Odoo.sh or your own server.
PDPA-aware data handling
Personal data kept where it belongs, with retention and access set up around Thailand's PDPA.
Upgrade-safe custom code
Custom work lives in separate, tested modules so the next Odoo version is an upgrade, not a rebuild.
Rollout
A smooth rollout, fully supported
Walk the process
Workshops with the people who do the work, before any configuration.
Configure the baseline
Standard Odoo set up for your sector first; custom code only where it stops.
Pilot with one team
One site, one team, one month, on live data, with a rollback point.
Scale and hand over
Roll out to the rest, train by role, and stay through the first month-end close.
Dedicated consultant
The same person from the first call to go-live.
Documentation you keep
Process guides and handover notes in your own repository.
Training in EN or TH
Role-based sessions for new staff, whenever you need them.
Integrations
Connected to the channels and tools you already use
Marketplaces, payments and delivery partners connect to Odoo through their APIs, with retries and a log your team can read when something fails. Each integration is scoped and priced per endpoint.
- Shopee
- Lazada
- TikTok Shop
- Shopify
- PromptPay
- 2C2P
- LINE Official Account
- Flash Express
- Epson ePOS printers
- Odoo IoT Box
Data contract first
We agree which system owns each field, such as price, stock or order status, before any sync is built.
Retries and a readable log
Failed calls retry automatically and land in a queue your team can see, instead of disappearing silently.
Payouts reconciled
Marketplace and Shopify payouts are matched to orders, fees and bank lines in Odoo Accounting.
Priced per endpoint
Each integration is quoted per endpoint once the data contract is agreed, so adding a channel later is a known cost.
Engagement options
Pick the starting point that fits your stores
Every option has a fixed scope and price per phase, agreed in writing before work starts. If you choose Odoo Enterprise, licenses are billed by Odoo directly and never marked up by us.
Retail fit review
For retailers deciding whether Odoo fits. A fixed-fee review of your stores, channels and data, ending in a written recommendation.
Priced after scoping
- Walk-through of a store shift and online fulfillment
- Channel and hardware inventory
- Community or Enterprise recommendation with reasons
- Costed, phased roadmap you keep
Phased retail rollout
The core build: POS, Inventory, eCommerce or marketplace sync, and Accounting, live one branch at a time.
Priced after scoping
- Fixed scope and price for each phase

- Marketplace or Shopify connection per endpoint
- Payout reconciliation in Accounting
- Monitoring and a monthly support plan
FAQ
Questions clients ask first
Can Odoo sync stock with Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop?
Yes, through API integrations that bring orders into Odoo and push available stock back to each shop. These connectors are not standard Odoo apps, so they are set up as part of your project and priced per endpoint. Like any marketplace connector, they need monitoring when the platforms change their APIs.
Does Odoo POS work if the internet goes down?
Yes. A POS session that is already open keeps taking orders offline and syncs them when the connection returns. Opening a new session and integrated card payments still need a connection, so we plan a fallback for each branch.
Can Odoo issue Thai tax invoices and e-Tax Invoices from the store?
Yes. Odoo POS can issue a full tax invoice at the counter when a customer asks for one, and we set up receipts with your head office or branch details. e-Tax Invoice & e-Receipt runs through the service provider you choose, and POS machines that issue abbreviated tax invoices still need Revenue Department approval.
Do we need Odoo Enterprise for retail?
Not always. Community covers Point of Sale, Inventory, Sales, eCommerce, loyalty programs and invoicing for many single-store and small multi-store retailers. Enterprise earns its cost when you need the Barcode app, full accounting automation or official Odoo support, and we will tell you which case you are in.
How long does a retail Odoo implementation take?
A focused core covering POS, inventory, sales and accounting typically runs six to twelve weeks. Each marketplace, custom module or extra branch adds time, and the state of your product data matters more than the number of stores. You get a phased timeline after scoping, not before.
